Permanent compression set of ≤30% (conducted at 150°C for 22 hours) indicates that these gaskets have excellent recovery, and the sealing force remains constant even after a long period of compression.
Apart from being available in Shore A hardness grades of 60-80, our gaskets are fully customizable in terms of shape and size. Moreover, due to outstanding material properties, these gaskets are capable of solving the problem of seal failure at elevated temperatures.
With a tensile strength of 4-12.5 MPa and an elongation at break of 200%-500%, our gaskets can prevent cracking caused by tension during installation or vibrational impact effectively.
