1.What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T (30% prepayment, 70% balance against copy of bill of lading), and also L/C at Sight, Western Union, Visa, and PayPal.

2.What is the production cycle (delivery time)?
A: The average production cycle for prototypes or first-piece samples is 1-2 weeks; if mold development is involved, the mold production cycle is 10 days; the average mass production cycle after sample confirmation is 2-3 weeks.

3.What is your standard packaging method?
A: Products are usually first packed in PE bags, then placed in export-grade cartons, and finally stacked on pallets. We will maximize space saving and reduce transportation costs based on the packing and placement methods. Customized packaging services are also available for special requirements.

4.What shipping methods do you use?
A: We support sea, land, and air freight. Sea freight typically takes 20-40 days; rail freight (Europe/Central Asia) usually takes 18-25 days; air freight (samples/urgent) takes only 5-7 days.

5.What is your minimum order quantity? Do you provide samples?
A: The standard minimum order quantity is 1000 pieces. Please consult us for specific minimum order quantities for customized products. Free samples are provided for standard orders, but you will need to bear the shipping costs.

6.Does your product have after-sales service?
A: Under recommended storage conditions (temperature <30℃, humidity <70%, protected from light), unopened products will be replaced free of charge within 3 years from the date of delivery if non-human-caused material failure occurs, after testing and confirmation. Failure due to improper installation or use beyond the scope of the warranty is not covered.

7.What certifications do you have?
A1: Since 2006, we have met the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards and obtained IATF 16949:2016 certification.
A2: We offer a wide range of rubber compound materials, all of which comply with regulatory requirements such as RoHS 2.0 and REACH.

8.How do you conduct quality control for bulk orders?
A1: Before starting mass production, we provide all customers with pre-production samples for confirmation. Each batch of products undergoes a comprehensive visual inspection and dimensional sampling inspection before leaving the factory; simultaneously, we monitor key dimensions in real time during the production process.
A2: Before shipment, we provide all customers with complete quality documentation, including dimensional measurement reports, material data sheets, Certificate of Origin (COO), and Certificate of Analysis (COA). A3: We accept third-party testing, such as from SGS, TUV, Intertek, BV, etc.

9.What types of rubber materials can you provide?
A: We can process a wide variety of materials, including NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber), HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber), EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber), EPM (ethylene propylene rubber), BR (butadiene rubber), silicone rubber, FKM (fluororubber), CR (chloroprene rubber), IIR (butyl rubber), AEM (ethylene acrylate rubber), FVMQ (fluorosilicone rubber), FFKM (perfluoroether rubber), PU (polyurethane), etc.

10.What is the typical service life of your rubber products?
A: The service life of a product depends on the specific application conditions. If needed, we can provide accelerated aging test data; however, the final expected service life still needs to be evaluated in the actual use environment.
