When using standard rubber buffer blocks for a long time or the temperature changes from high to low, buffer blocks will be damaged such as losing of the shape and not recovering. Consequently, will cause the vibration damping failure, increasing the vibration and noise of the equipment and component loosening or damage due to the inability to cushion. Besides, frequent replacements will increase maintenance costs and cause that production lines are not working efficiently continuously.
Our Solution:
Our shock absorption silicone rubber blocks are made using a high-resilience silicone formula and integrated compression molding process. We impose a strict control of permanent compression set rate to less than or equal to 30% (100°C × 22h) while at the same time our resilience rate is more than or equal to 80%. They rapidly spring back to their original shape even after being compressed several times, hence the intervals between their replacements are greatly increased.
Moreover, we have an option for you to adjust its hardness (Shore A 40-85), which can perfectly fit the actual load of the equipment minimizing the risk of excessive compression right at the source.

They have the quality of being soft yet very elastic, doing best in vibration damping, cushioning, noise reduction, movement limitation and protection from impact. These square shock pads made of silicone rubber are produced through integral molding technique with high-resilience silicone. Being flexible and highly resilient, they can effectively reduce vibration transmission during equipment operation and thus provide the benefits of shock absorption, cushioning, and noise reduction simultaneously. Besides, they are remarkably resistant to compression—having a compression set of ≤30% (100°C × 22h) and a resilience rate of ≥80%—which guarantees their quick recovery even after multiple loadings and an extended lifespan.
