1. We provide a large assortment of ready-made sealing accessory sets as well as entire repair kits for units, thus leaving behind the compatibility problems caused by piecemeal sourcing.
2. We have materials like NBR, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE that cater to different kinds of media and work conditions.
3. In relation to the type of material, our rubber diaphragm seals are capable of handling very low and very high temperatures - from -50°C up to 200°C. They also have a compression set as low as 10% which means they will keep sealing strongly for a long time and will not loosen or show signs of aging early.
Industrially, diaphragm pumps are often used to convey extremely abrasive and corrosive substances, for instance, sewage slurries, chemical solvents, or particle-rich mineral slurries. The diaphragms only last for so long before they start cracking because of the back-and-forth deformation at high frequencies (several times a minute). Meanwhile, valve balls and seats in constant collision cause the gasket to fail. Due to these problems, the production lines have to be shut down quite frequently for maintenance which, in turn, increases the use of spare parts and labor costs.
We provide a wide selection of rubber diaphragm seals made of different materials, like NBR, EPDM, FKM and PTFE. Our seals are also made through integrated molding processes. Besides the seals themselves, our offering includes all kinds of components - from diaphragms and valve balls to valve seats, piston seals, and flange gaskets. We are capable of matching materials exactly to the customer's media and operating conditions. Depending on the material, the tensile strength can be as high as 40 MPa and the seals can operate at temperatures from -50°C to 200°C.

Our Diaphragm Rubber Seals.
These items are accurately shaped from high wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber by a molding process. The entire sealing kit consists of diaphragm, valve ball, valve seat, O-ring, piston seal, and flange gasket. They are essentially used in pneumatic and electric diaphragm pumps and provide great wear and impact resistance, reduce the possibility of leakage, and also contribute to longer service life.

Application Areas for Diaphragm Rubber Seals:
1. Industrial pneumatic/electric diaphragm pumps.
2. Wastewater treatment pumps (handling media containing impurities, fibers, and sludge).
3. Chemical transfer pumps (handling acids, alkalis, solvents, and corrosive chemical fluids).
4. Ink/coating pumps (handling high-viscosity fluids and pigment particles).
5. Slurry/mineral pulp pumps (handling highly abrasive solid-laden slurries containing sand, gravel, tailings, etc.).
6. Petroleum transfer pumps (handling crude oil, lubricating oil, diesel, and other petroleum-based liquids).

What Are the Key Advantages of These Durable Pump Valve Diaphragm Seals in Heavy-Duty Applications?
1. Complete set supply, simplifying maintenance.
Our rubber diaphragms are very tough , but they are just one of many components in our complete sealing kits that include diaphragms, valve balls, valve seats, O-rings, piston seals, and flange gaskets together with entire unit repair kits. This way, you won't have to deal with problems related to fragmented purchasing or mismatching of models.
2. Precise material matching for diverse operating conditions.
We provide a wide variety of materials such as NBR, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE, with each one engineered for certain media. Our clients have the opportunity to choose their exact material according to the real fluid they will be handling, thereby eliminating the risk of early breakdowns due to the use of incompatible materials.
3. Durability and low maintenance costs.
Our wear resistant pump valve diaphragms are also resistant to impact and fatigue aging. They not only tolerate high frequency reciprocating compression, but also resist abrasion and erosion of equipments by slurries with sand and particulates and therefore are very much resistant to breakage or cracking. Besides that, their low compression sets (NBR: 15%–25%; EPDM: 15%–30%; FKM: 10%–20%) make sure that they will not easily change their form, become hard or degrade even under repeated deformations.
These features make it possible to extend the replacement cycle of the seals and the reduced occurrence of equipment downtime lead to lower spare part consumption and labor maintenance costs for the long-term, uninterrupted plant operation.
4. High-performance specifications and flexible customization.
Our robust rubber diaphragm seals not only have great physical properties but also operate in a very wide temperature range (-50°C to 200°C depending on the material). They have very high tensile strength (up to 40 MPa) and low compression set (even down to 10%). Thanks to these characteristics, the sealing performance is quite stable even at high temperatures and the risk of leakage is greatly reduced.
We also provide flexible customization according to different pump models, operating media, dimensions, thickness, and hardness (Shore A 60–90). We strive to strike a balance between the overall compatibility and the requirements of highly specialized solutions for tough applications.

FAQ:
1. Why are diaphragm seals prone to frequent damage?
Usually this happens when a unit is operated under multiple stress conditions, there is a mismatch between the sealing material and the medium conveyed, or the installation has not been done properly.
2. How often should diaphragm seals be replaced?
We suggest examining them monthly or every 500 hours of usage and replacing them right away if you find cracks, toughening, changes, or leaks. Although there is no compulsory replacement timetable, it would be unwise to hold on to them until they break down completely before putting in new ones.
