Yida September Team Building Day by the Sea
A September 2026 gathering in Dalian that brought colleagues together through games conversation recognition and a shared meal
In September 2026, colleagues from Dalian Yida Precision Rubber Products Co., Ltd. stepped away from their usual work areas and gathered by the sea at Jinshitan in Dalian. The day included cooperative games on the beach, time to talk outside the workplace, recognition for participants and a group meal after the activities.
The Yida team building event gave colleagues a simple chance to see one another differently. People who normally focus on separate tasks stood on the same starting line, listened to the same instructions and worked toward the same immediate goal. The setting was relaxed, but the cooperation was real.
For us, a company is built through daily work and through the relationships that make that work possible. This gathering showed the energy of our team without turning the day into a formal meeting. Colleagues could take part, cheer for others and enjoy being together.

A September Day at Jinshitan
The clear weather and open beach created a natural place for everyone to gather. Colleagues arrived in company shirts, formed teams and prepared for the activities. Before the games began, the large group photo recorded a moment when people from different parts of the company stood together as one Yida team.
A group photograph cannot explain every working relationship, but it can capture something that is often difficult to see during a normal day. Behind every order, inspection, production step and delivery are people who depend on one another. The outing made those connections visible.
Organizing company team building in Dalian also allowed us to enjoy the city we work in. Jinshitan offered room for movement, conversation and group activities, while the seaside atmosphere helped everyone slow down and share a day without the usual production schedule.
Moving Forward at the Same Pace
One of the most lively games used long inflatable team props. Several colleagues had to move together while holding the same handles and keeping the same direction. Speed helped only when the whole group found a rhythm. A fast start meant little if the people behind could not keep pace.
The game produced plenty of laughter, but it also revealed familiar habits. Team members called out the rhythm, watched the people beside them and adjusted when the line began to separate. Some colleagues led from the front, while others kept the middle organized or encouraged the group from behind.
These employee activities at Yida were designed for participation rather than individual display. Each person contributed through movement, communication or encouragement. The strongest teams were the ones that noticed what was happening around them and changed their pace together.
That experience felt close to our daily work. Manufacturing depends on connected steps, and every step needs information from the one before it. The beach game was much simpler than production, yet the feeling of moving together was immediately familiar to everyone taking part.

The People Beside the Course
The teams in the game were only part of the scene. Colleagues standing beside the course watched closely, called out support and celebrated each finish. Their response gave the activity its atmosphere. People did not need to be in the front row to add energy to the group.
This kind of support is an important part of a people centered company culture. At work, good cooperation often appears in small actions: answering a question clearly, sharing an update on time, helping a new colleague understand a process or noticing a problem before it reaches the next step.
The outing gave those everyday relationships more room to develop. A conversation on the beach can be more relaxed than a discussion beside a machine or in a meeting room. Colleagues who had known one another mainly through work could talk, laugh and build a more natural connection.
Recognition Shared With the Team
After the games, participants gathered for a short recognition moment. Small gifts were presented and photographs were taken. The awards added a sense of occasion, but the focus remained on shared participation. The day belonged to everyone who joined a team, helped organize an activity or supported colleagues from the side.
Recognition matters when it is connected to something people have experienced together. The gifts marked the end of the games, while the smiles in the photographs showed the more lasting part of the day. Colleagues had completed the activities as groups and could enjoy the result together.
The Yida team building event was not arranged to select a few individual stars. It created many chances for people to contribute in different ways. That is closer to how a manufacturing company works, where steady coordination across roles is more important than one person trying to carry every task.
A Shared Meal After the Games
The outdoor activities were followed by a group meal. After a day of movement and cheering, sitting down together gave everyone time to rest and continue the conversations that had started earlier. The pace changed, but the sense of being part of the same group remained.
Meals are a simple part of company life, and that simplicity is useful. People can speak without an agenda, move between conversations and learn more about colleagues they may not meet often during the working week. The dinner completed the day in a warm and natural way.
For colleagues taking part in company team building in Dalian, the meal was also a chance to look back on the funniest moments, the difficult turns and the teamwork that helped each group finish. Those stories became shared memories rather than disappearing when the games ended.

Expressing Employee Care in the Workplace
Employee care can be conveyed through various ways. These might include providing a safe working environment, having open and honest communication, encouraging mutual respect among employees and being responsive to people's requests and needs on the job. A group fun activity might have that effect of creating that atmosphere by giving everyone the chance to enjoy each other's company when they are not working.
The fun events and activities of Yida were a direct manifestation of the company's caring attitude of their staff. The day's activities involved some physical moves, rest periods, a time for recognition and of course a meal which gave the opportunity to colleagues to engage, interact in different ways.
The main objective of their company people-centered culture is to be built gradually through a series of actions. Team activities might bring everyone down to earth and get people talking, but it is the mutual respect day to day that keeps the communication going. Leaders, senior staff, and newer team members collectively shape people's perception of being listened to and of teamwork being able to hold in place even under pressure.
Team Spirit at a Precision Manufacturing Company
Dalian Yida Precision Rubber Products Co., Ltd. produces high-precision rubber parts according to diverse technical and production standards of different customers. Such work involves many interrelated tasks such as first contact and planning of materials, preparation, molding, QC checking, wrapping and shipping.
Activities on the beach were not meant to supplant the official work or discipline of production. They, on the contrary, supported the human relations that underlie those systems. Colleagues who get to know one another better feel like they can speak directly to one another, and seeking help is no longer a problem. We got through it by a joint experience of a team spirit exercise.
At Yida, it is easy to spot team strength whenever an individual voluntarily takes the onus to deliver their bit and keeps an eye on the needs or tasks of the next one in turn. This mindset was evident in the games we played. Each participant had their part to play, but it was only the coordinated movement of the whole team, in other words, everyone in time with the same beat, that allowed the group to accomplish a task.
Carrying the Day Back to Work
The value of the outing was found in ordinary moments: waiting for teammates, laughing after a difficult start, cheering from the side, receiving a small award and sitting down for dinner. None of these moments needs an exaggerated message. Together, they showed a company with energy, warmth and a genuine team identity.
We returned from Jinshitan with photographs and stories, but also with a clearer feeling of who stands beside us each day. The September gathering reminded us that strength comes from people who are willing to coordinate, support one another and keep moving in the same direction.
Future work will bring new projects and new challenges. The spirit of this day gives us something practical to carry forward: communicate clearly, notice the people around us and finish the course together. That is the team spirit we want customers, partners and future colleagues to recognize when they meet Yida.
