We can customize development based on your drawings, samples, or operating conditions; we also offer light customized packaging services. Therefore, we formally propose the concept of "Dual Customization":

·Product itself: From material formulation and mold design to performance verification, it is developed according to your needs.

·Product packaging: From inner bags to outer cartons, it can be made according to your brand image.

Product Customization:

1. Size customization.

Any inner diameter, outer diameter, or cross-sectional diameter can be matched to your groove design.

2. Color customization.

A variety of colors are available, including black, red, green, white, and yellow, for easy identification and differentiation on-site.

3. Non-standard cross-section customization.

No longer limited to circular cross-sections. We can produce rectangular cross-sections and various irregular cross-sections to meet special sealing structure requirements.

4. Adhesive backing treatment.

A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is applied to the back of the rubber component, allowing it to adhere to metal or plastic surfaces for positioning, anti-slip, or auxiliary sealing functions.

5. Low Compression Set Formulation.

For long-term static sealing conditions, we can formulate specialized adhesive compounds to ensure the product maintains good resilience even after prolonged pressure.

6. Functional Validation Support.

Prototype within 10 days, expedited production, and full support from technical engineers ensure the customized part passes validation in your actual assembly environment.

Custom Packaging:

1. Custom Printed PE Bags.

Logos, model numbers, batch numbers, etc., can be added, while the product remains clearly visible in the transparent areas.

2. Custom Outer Carton Markings and Labels.

Your brand information can be displayed on the sides of the carton, and the invoices inside can be replaced with your own templates.

3. Colored Divider Boards.

Suitable for stacked O-rings, gaskets, diaphragms, etc., with your brand logo printed between layers.

4. Customized Pallet Stretch Film Colors.

Enables rapid identification in your warehouse or at your customer's site.

Cost and Minimum Order Quantity.

·Standard Delivery Time: 15 days after order confirmation (for standard sizes and products without special post-processing requirements).

·Packaging Customization Costs: Costs for slightly customized packaging will increase; these can be initiated concurrently with small-batch custom orders.
